With 20yrs experience, 3 Yoga qualifications and lifepath as a body regeneration specialist, Beverli welcomes all levels of yogi's, ages and abilities to experience her "Rotational Yoga" -a term coined in 2006 to describe Beverli's work while teaching in Beirut.
BEVERLI HAS HEALED HER OWN BODY from structural setbacks and long-term injury in a journey woven with multi-disciplinary movement arts. Click for the full story...
Yoga is never entirely still. Even deep meditation is based on a path "to somewhere" or "from somewhere". Rotational Yoga is based on harmonising with universal flow. The physical body being the gateway to the other bodies (emotional/spiritual etc) allows us to use physical action - including breathwork and movement - to regenerate on every level, including injury/physical setbacks. Joint stability and flexibility in every part of the body is explored in Asana (body positions) which are always moving into deeper layers of stretch and meditation along with the breath.
Come on board a week's retreat in the Sinai desert (Egypt) - especially with the low costs for air travel right now - to experience both the magical, spiritual and reprogramming energy of the location and the sessions.
Bookend the retreat week with visiting other places within Egypt for sightseeing or more spiritual work... The "Egypt Tour" page is essentially about building a program around individualised group energy.
